We are celebrating our 20th Anniversary, thanks to you and our founder Silvio Solano. His menus and recipes are still used today. Born in Tezoatlan, Oaxaca Mexico, Silvio moved to Canada in 1969. He spent many years sharing his cooking talents with prestigious restaurants before opening his own and offering the authentic Mexican flavours that make Salt & Pepper famous today.
